Ey/Em or They/Them
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#121883), supervised by Dr. Sheila Addison (LMFT #49616). My clients are often coming to therapy to talk about change, whether they're struggling to navigate it or feeling stuck in a lack of change. My focus is in working with folks who are queer, trans, and/or disabled/chronically ill/neurodivergent; people who are creating their own path, either through queerness, kink, or polyamory. I enjoy working with couples, families, and polycules of all sizes who are looking to improve their communication skills and connect more deeply with each other.
My goal is to create a warm, comfortable environment where I can work together with my clients on helping them reach their mental health goals. Whether you're looking for coping skills, trauma processing, getting back in touch with your body, or just someone to talk to, I'd love to chat about how we might work together.
